By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Services and Pricing

The Site offers tourism services, specifically online reservations for tours. All listed prices include applicable taxes. The total amount will be shown before checkout is completed.

2. Purchases and Payments

All payments made through the Site are processed via the third-party platform Stripe, integrated through Bókun. When you make a reservation, your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to its own privacy and security policies. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.



By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate and current.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply based on the time of cancellation before the scheduled event:

  • 100% fee if cancelled 23 hours or less before the event.
  • 50% fee if cancelled 1 day or less before the event.
  • No fee (0%) if cancelled 2 days or more before the event.


Cancellations must be made through the same channel where the booking was completed. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only if the tour is canceled by Península Project due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure. If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, you may email us at contacto@peninsulaproject.mx within 30 days of your purchase.


Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or customer booking errors.

5. Shipping

No physical goods are shipped. The Site only processes online tour reservations, with all services provided in person on the scheduled tour date.

6. Use of Personal Data

Personal data provided during the booking process is used solely for managing your tour and related communication. Península Project does not share or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. No Warranty

All services are provided “as is.” No express or implied warranties apply, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, except as required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Península Project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or participation in the tours. In any case, our liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and audiovisual materials, is the property of Península Project or its licensors, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Yucatán, Mexico. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
